I get into town around 2:30 and have lunch with Auntie Jojo, Dev and Haylin, we have ramen and pot stickers. We then feel festive and put up the Kitashiro holiday decorations, I feel like I'm becoming a pro at decorating some trees. :) I think Mom is waiting for me to put up our holiday decorations when I come home on Monday! Around 4 we leave to go to Ala Moana mall, we were going to meet Auntie Janet, Uncle Gerry, Dougie and his wife Jan at Mai Tais, but OMG, it was sooo crowded. Everyone was doing their holiday shopping, the parking lot was crazy, it took us about 10 min to move 10 feet in the parking lot! So, I tell them to just meet us at Side St Inn, which was around the corner. MAN, how I miss them, they are hilarious and are ready to party in Hawaii! :D haha They order some pupus and a couple bottles of wine before their dinner. Dev and I didn't want to eat too much, because we also had dinner tonight at Yakiniku Hiroshis. Auntie Janet was telling me how I MISSED OUT on my Dad's 60th birthday party...seemed like she had an AMAZING time, I'm guessing a bit too much. :) LoL.
After, Side St, we went back to the house and get ready for dinner at Yakiniku Hiroshi, yes after one event of eating, it's time to get ready for our next eating event. :D LoL, and that is why I'm coming back home about 10lbs heavier. The weather tonight was pretty stormy, buckets of rain and some lightning, it was actually pretty neat, but a mess to try to walk in it. Hiroshi's is like "meat heaven", my favorite meat was the Kobe Toro Kalbi, it just melted in your mouth. Dinner was nice, there was about 16 of us; Dev, Dev T, Wendy, Mike, Kam, Haylin, Kristi, Neil, Lorin, John, Kelly, Jared, Paul and Me. We basically all had food coma after but Paul, Dev and I were supposed to go out for Tam's birthday at the club Villa. By the time we got there, let's just say Tam was having a great time on her birthday. :) They went to about 3 different places that night, but we didn't want to go out for too long so after the second place, we go back home. The plan is golf tomorrow!
